Zhang Hao Graduation

ZEROBASEONE’s Zhang Hao is officially a graduate.

On June 14, it was revealed that the 23-year-old idol graduated from Fujian Normal University.

Balancing his idol commitments with a jam-packed schedule, he still managed to complete his education.

At 16, Zhang Hao got into the China University of Geosciences, one of the top 5 universities in the world of Geoscience. He actually took the Gaokao (NCEE) when he was just 16, even though most students take it at 18. He started college at 17 however, had a change of heart and switched to playing the violin.

Then, he retook the CSAT for Arts, learned and mastered 8 levels of the violin, and clinched the top spot in the entire province of Fujian.

After securing the top position in the Fujian province, Zhang Hao joined Fujian Normal University as a Music Education major. The music department at Fujian Normal University is ranked as the best in China.

Additionally, he obtained his teaching license within 3 years to teach elementary and high school students.

This year, amidst his busy schedule, Zhang Hao submitted his graduation thesis. The first half of 2024 was packed for ZEROBASEONE as they debuted in Japan, made a comeback, and took the stage at numerous music festivals both at home and overseas.

Lastly, Zhang Hao rose to fame on Boys Planet after a year and three months of intense training at Yuehua Entertainment. He consistently ranked in the top nine and made history by becoming the first non-Korean contestant to win first place in a Mnet survival show.
