Earlier this month, tvN revealed an impressive slate of dramas scheduled to premiere next year.

From romantic comedies to fantasy thrillers, here are 12 highly-anticipated K-dramas set to captivate audiences on tvN in 2025.

When The Stars Gossip

“When The Stars Gossip” is an upcoming Saturday-Sunday drama on tvN premiering on January 4, 2025. It follows the extraordinary adventures of Boss Eve on a zero-gravity space station, who encounters a surprise dinosaur guest with a secret agenda.

Starring global fan favorites Lee Min Ho, Gong Hyo Jin, and Oh Jung Se, this drama combines writer Seo Sook Hyang’s romantic comedy expertise with director Park Shin Woo’s nuanced storytelling.

“When the Stars Gossip” is making waves as Korea’s first space office drama. It offers a fresh take on human relationships and everyday stories in a unique space station backdrop.

Seochodong

Premiering in the first half of 2025, “Seochodong” (literal title) explores the lives of associate lawyers in Seoul’s legal hub. This riveting legal office drama is penned by writer Lee Seung Hyun with renowned director Park Seung Woo (“Kairos”, “W: Two Worlds Apart”, and more) at the helm.

Lee Jong Suk, Moon Ga Young, Kang Yoo Seok, Ryu Hye Young, and Im Sung Jae star as a group of associate lawyers who bond over lively lunch gatherings.

Typhoon Company

“Typhoon Company” is a heartwarming drama set during the 1997 IMF financial crisis. The story follows a young CEO’s journey to save his family’s small business, left by his father, amidst economic hardship.

Potato Research Institute

“Potato Research Institute” is a heartwarming romantic comedy set in a picturesque mountain valley. Starring Lee Sun Bin and Kang Tae Oh, this uplifting drama follows the quirky lives of potato researchers.

This Kdrama generates excitement for being Kang Tae Oh’s first project after being discharged from the military.

My Dearest Nemesis
