The curtains have closed on the 2024 MBC Entertainment Awards, and the winners have been announced!
The ceremony was originally scheduled to take place on December 29, 2024, however, due to an unfortunate Jeju Air Plane Crash, it was pushed to a later date.
Later, MBC announced that the Entertainment Awards will be aired during the Lunar New Year holiday, January 28.
Many variety show stars including Jun Hyun Moo, Yoo Jae Suk, Jang Do Yeon, SHINee’s Key, THE BOYZ’s Sunwoo, Kian84, and Park Na Rae were among the 2024 MBC Entertainment Award winners.
Yoon Eun Hye stepped in to serve as host for the rescheduled ceremony for Lee Hyeri. The live broadcast featured congratulatory performances by Kim Dae Ho, Im Woo Il, Park Ji Hyun, Lee Guk Joo, Han Hyun Jae, Park Jung Hyun, and more.
Jun Hyun Moo took home the prestigious Grand Prize and Entertainer of the Year awards. The popular show “I Live Alone” was honored with the Program of the Year award.
