Joo Jong Hyuk is reportedly in discussions to star alongside Park Min Young in an upcoming drama, Confidence Man KR.
As per sources on July 24, Joo Jong Hyuk has been officially cast as the male lead in the upcoming drama Confidence Man KR, a role in which he will portray a cunning con artist. He will star alongside Park Min Young, who was previously reported to be a cast member.
Confidence Man KR is a Korean remake of the Japanese drama Confidence Man JP, which premiered in 2018.
The story follows three con artists who use clever tricks to scam people who are obsessed with money and status.
The 32-year-old actor is building on his recent success. Following his well-received performances in Frankly Speaking, he’s got another project lined up – the movie Because I Hate Korea, releasing in August.
