Loco Bids Farewell to AOMG After More Than Ten Years

Loco, who recently made waves with his feature on BTS Jimin’s song, is parting ways with his longtime agency.

The 34-year-old K-pop rapper parted ways with AOMG whom he has been with since 2013. 

On October 3, AOMG announced his departure in an official statement, stating, “We would like to inform you that our artist, Loco’s (로꼬), exclusive contract with AOMG has come to an end. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Loco, who has shone brightly with AOMG since 2013, and to all the fans who have shown love and support.

AOMG will continue to support Loco’s new challenges and activities. We ask for your unwavering interest and encouragement in his future endeavors.”

Multiple artists recently left AOMG including Code Kunst, Lee Hi, Simon Dominic, Gray, DJ Pumkin, and more.

Loco debuted as a rapper with the single See The Light in September 2012. Over the year, he released many hit singles and earned his first entry onto the Billboard HOT 100 with a collaboration song with Jimin, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band. He bid farewell with the song See You, released today.

In August, Loco announced his plans to marry his non-celebrity girlfriend, who he started dating after his military discharge.

On another note, AOMG currently manages Yugyeom, Meenoi, Coogie, DeVita, punchnello, DJ Wegun, and more.
