After wrapping up her last drama “No Gain No Love” on October 1, Shin Min Ah is eyeing her next project.
On October 10, JTBC reported that the 40-year-old actress was cast in the lead role for the romance fantasy drama “The Remarried Empress.”
Based on the hit web novel and webtoon, “Remarried Empress” tells the story of Navier, who divorces her husband, the emperor, after learning of his plans to replace her with his mistress. Navier then pursues a new path to become empress.
Shin Min Ah is reportedly in talks to star as empress Navier.
In response, her agency AM Entertainment confirmed the reports stating “”Shin Min Ah has been offered a role in ‘Remarried Empress’ and is currently considering it.”
After being in the Kdrama industry for over two decades, she has proven her acting skills in many memorable roles including “Our Blues” (2022), “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” (2021), “Tomorrow with You” (2017), and more.
Following her success in “No Gain No Love,” Shin Min Ah is set to take on a new challenge. Fans are excited to see her replicate her romantic comedy magic in the fantasy drama realm.
