K-pop fans can look forward to a familiar hosting trio at the upcoming ‘2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon’.
NCT’s Doyoung, TXT’s Yeonjun, and IVE’s Yujin are reuniting as MCs once again this year.
As reported by Sports Chosun on November 27, Doyoung, Yujin, and Yeonjun will reunite as MCs for the highly-anticipated music event, set to take place on December 25 at INSPIRE Arena in Incheon.
The MC trio previously stole the show at SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer with their undeniable chemistry. The three seamlessly introduced performances by 20 teams.
Notably, Yujin has hosted this year-end music festival four times from 2022 to the first half of 2024. Yeonjun has also hosted three times in a row, starting in 2023. Meanwhile, Doyoung, who made his hosting debut at ‘Gayo Daejeon Summer’ earlier this year, will be hosting for the second consecutive time.
The ‘Gayo Daejeon’ is a highly anticipated year-end music festival that celebrates the biggest K-pop acts of 2024. Traditionally held on Christmas Day, December 25, this event combines the magic of the holiday season with the excitement of K-pop.
This year, many hottest K-pop acts including ENHYPEN, NCT DREAM, Stray Kids, TXT, ITZY, IVE, NewJeans, ATEEZ, aespa, NMIXX, LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT, RIIZE, TWS, BOYNEXTDOOR, ZEROBASEONE, and more are scheduled to perform.
