Their collaborative single “APT.” is holding strong in the top 5 for the second consecutive week.

On January 13 (local time), Billboard released the HOT 100 chart (dated January 18) and Rosé’s single “APT.” maintained its No. 5 spot for the second week in a row Initially debuting at No. 8, the song briefly dipped in rankings during the holiday season but rebounded to No. 5 last week.

Released on October 18, 2024, without any prior promotions, the song continues to dominate the global charts.

In addition, it has topped both the Billboard Global 200 and Global 200 (Excl. US) charts for 11 weeks. In the UK, the song has reached No. 2 on the Official Chart, setting a new record for a K-pop solo female artist. The next chart update is scheduled for January 18 and the song is expected to top HOT 100.

If “APT.” tops the Billboard HOT 100, Rosé will join BTS’ Jungkook and Jimin as the only K-pop soloists to top the prestigious chart.

Not to mention, the song is set to hit the 1-billion mark on YouTube soon and has already garnered 858 million views in less than 3 months.

Meanwhile, Rosé released her first full album “rosie” on December 6, with “toxic till the end” serving as the lead single. She will resume BLACKPINK activities with other members, with a comeback reportedly scheduled for May.
