Romance is in the air as Jang Ki Yong and Ahn Eun Jin star together in the upcoming drama “Kiss Me For No Reason”.
SBS-TV’s upcoming drama tells the tale of an unlikely romance. The story follows a single woman who pretends to be a mother to make ends meet, and the team leader who unexpectedly falls for her.
Jang Ki Yong takes on the role of Gong Ji Hyeok, the team leader of a childcare product company’s Mother TF team. Ji Hyeok is a sharp and passionate individual with a clear mind and cool judgment.
However, his life is turned upside down by Go Darim, a mysterious woman who leaves a lasting impression with just one kiss.
Jang Ki Yong received praise for his acting skills in the drama “The Atypical Family”, his first project after being discharged from the military. He is set to appear in the thriller “Pig Pen” opposite Roh Jeong Eui and Cha Seung Won.
Ahn Eun Jin plays Go Da Rim in “Kiss Me For No Reason”, a married woman who works at a childcare product company. She is pretending to be a mother to protect her family. Her initial goal is to simply become a regular employee, but things get complicated when she develops feelings for her colleague, Gong Ji Hyeok.
Ahn Eun Jin is known for her amazing performances in hit dramas such as “My Dearest”, “The Good Bad Mother”, “The One And Only”, and more.
Director Kim Jaehyun, known for his work on “One Dollar Lawyer”, is at the helm of the new drama. The screenplay is penned by writers Ha Yoon Ah and Tae Kyung Min, whose credits include “From Now On, Showtime!” and“Mystic Pop-Up Bar”.
Lastly, “Kiss Me For No Reason” is scheduled to premiere on SBS this year.
