Rosé of BLACKPINK recently addressed the rumors surrounding a collaboration with Taylor Swift. Earlier this month, both singers were spotted attending an album release party at Electric Lady Studios in New York.
Ever since then, there have been rumors that the popular pop star may collaborate with Rosé. The fact that Taylor Swift is working on a new album further sparked the collaboration rumors.
Many Korean media outlets reported that Rosé and the Cruel Summer singer may collaborate on a song. All BLINKs know that Rosé is a Swiftie, so fans were excited at the possibility of the duo singing a song together.
On September 9, Paparazzi captured Taylor and Rosé exiting the party which fueled the rumors. However, the On the Ground singer has finally set the record straight on speculations surrounding the collaboration.
Récord, the most popular fansite of Rosé, asked about the matter at the airport when she was leaving for Paris. The fanclub member inquired the BLACKPINK member about a variety of things including mosquito bites, and collab with Taylor Swift.
Rosé said ‘That.. I think it was just a party that we had amongst ourselves. But the wrong news got out.’ While Rosé has denied the rumors, we’ll be hoping for a duet in the future.
