ATEEZ has achieved a major milestone with their latest title track, Lemon Drop, from the newly released album ‘GOLDEN HOUR : Part.3.
Released on June 13, the summer anthem has entered the prestigious Billboard HOT 100. This is their first time entering the chart, placing them alongside BTS and Stray Kids as the only boy groups to have ever charted songs on the HOT 100.
On June 23, the latest Billboard chart (ending June 28) was released, and ATEEZ’s title track Lemon Drop from their 12th mini-album GOLDEN HOUR : Part. 3, debuted at No. 69 on the HOT 100. It debuted with 1,220,112 streams on the Spotify counter. The Lemon Drop music video has surpassed 24 million views within 10 days.
Billboard HOT 100 ranks songs by factoring in physical sales, digital downloads, streaming numbers, radio airplay, and YouTube views. It is recognized as one of the most important charts for measuring a song’s global success and popularity.
ATEEZ previously secured the No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200 with their 12th mini-album GOLDEN HOUR : Part.3, selling 105,000 album units. With this achievement, they have now placed seven consecutive albums in the Top 7 on the ‘Billboard 200’ and set a record with six of those albums reaching the Top 3. They have joined BTS and SEVENTEEN with the most top 10 albums on the Billboard’s main chart.
ATEEZ also achieved notable success on the UK’s Official Album Download, Single Sales, and Single Download charts. Globally, they charted consistently on Billboard Japan, Korea’s Spotify Daily and Weekly Top Songs, iTunes Top Songs in 51 countries, and Apple Music Top Albums in 82 countries.
As for sales, GOLDEN HOUR : Part.3 sold 240,162 copies on the first day, considerably lower than Part.1 (757,632) and Part.2 (617,876). It recorded 582,741 copies in its debut week.
ATEEZ is set to kick off their 2025 World Tour ‘IN YOUR FANTASY’ with two shows at the INSPIRE Arena in Yeongjongdo, Incheon on July 5 and 6. The tour will then take them to Atlanta (July 10), New York (July 13), Baltimore (July 16), Nashville (July 19), Orlando (July 22), Chicago (July 26), and more.
