The 68th Annual Grammy Awards, scheduled for February 1, 2026, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, will honor music released between August 31, 2024, and August 30, 2025. The nominations will be announced on November 7, 2025, via a livestream on the official Grammy YouTube channel.

Like every year, K-pop artists have submitted their work, and fans are hoping for recognition. Still, many fans often feel frustrated with the Grammys, as they rarely highlight the impressive accomplishments of K-pop artists. Things look bright this year as superstars like Rosé, Jennie, j-hope, KATSEYE, and more may receive the coveted Grammy 2026 nominations.

K-Pop Artists Submitting for 2026 Grammy Consideration

Several prominent K-pop artists have submitted their works for Grammy consideration:

BLACKPINK

BLACKPINK is going full throttle this year with submissions for both group and individual nominations, making them strong contenders for multiple potential nods and wins. Their first group single in nearly three years, “Jump”, has been submitted for Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Best Dance Pop Recording, and Best Music Video.

In addition, Rosé, Jennie, Lisa, and Jisoo have submitted individual works as well. Rosé, who became the first K-pop act to win SOTY at VMAs for ‘APT.,’ is most likely to earn a nomination.

Rosé:

  • APT. (with Bruno Mars): Song of the Year (SOTY), Record of the Year (ROTY), Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Best Music Video
  • rosie: Best Pop Vocal Album, Album of the Year (AOTY), Best Album Cover, Best Engineered Album (Non-Classical), Best Recording Package
  • toxic till the end: Best Pop Solo Performance

Jennie:

  • Ruby: Best Pop Vocal album, Album of the Year, Best Engineered Album
  • like JENNIE: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Music Video
  • ExtraL: Best Pop Duo/Group Performance
  • Damn Right: Best R&B Performance

Lisa:

  • Alter Ego: Album of the Year, Pop Vocal Album, Best Engineered Album
  • Born Again (with Raye and Doja Cat): Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Record of the Year, Song of the Year
  • Moonlit Floor (Kiss Me): Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance
  • Fxck Up The World: Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song, Best Music Video

Jisoo:

BTS

BTS, as a group, has not released any new music in three years, therefore, not eligible for any entries for group music. Members Jin and j-hope, who were discharged before the rest of the members, made multiple comebacks. They, along with RM, have submitted solo music for Grammy 2026 consideration.

Jin

  • Echo: Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album
  • Don’t Say You Love Me: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance

j-hope

  • Sweet Dreams: Record of the Year, Song of the Year
  • Killin It Girl: Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Music Video
  • Mona Lisa: Best Pop Solo Performance

RM

  • Neva Play: Record of the Year

Stray Kids

Stray Kids has submitted their 5th mixtape “HOP” for consideration, which was released on December 2024.

  • Hop: Best Pop Vocal Album, Album of the Year
  • Walkin On Water: Record of the Year, Best Music Video, Song of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance

KATSEYE

No one can deny that 2025 was KATSEYE’s year. The global girl group is everywhere with the success of their latest songs “Gnarly” and “Gabriela,” both of which charted on the HOT 100. In addition, they performed at Lollapalooza Chicago and won ‘Push Performance of the Year’ at VMAs. Next year looks even more promising with their Coachella debut.

Yves

In August, Yves surprised everyone with her collaboration with UK singer-songwriter, PinkPantheress. The former LOONA member teamed up with her for the song called, Soap, which was part of her third solo EP, Soft Error.

SEVENTEEN

While multiple SEVENTEEN members may have gone on hiatus due to military service, they continue group activities, with nine members. The group gears up for the 2026 Grammy Awards with multiple high-profile submissions, including a title track and two albums.

  • Spill the Feels: Album of the Year
  • Happy Burstday: Best Pop Vocal Album

aespa, ATEEZ, and ENHYPEN

After sweeping the K-pop awards last year, aespa, ATEEZ, and ENHYPEN are aiming for a Grammy this year. Like KATSEYE, they have submitted an entry for the Best New Artist category.

TWICE

TWICE is celebrating its 10th debut anniversary with an album release, fan meeting, ongoing world tour, and a performance at Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. On top of that, they have submitted their infectious music for consideration to the 68th Annual Grammy Awards.

  • Strategy: Best Pop Vocal Album, Album of the Year
  • Strategy: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best MV, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance
  • Superstars: Song of the Year, Best Melodic Rap Performance

HUNTR/X

HUNTR/X, the animated trio from Netflix’s “KPop Demon Hunters,” has submitted their hit single “Golden” for multiple Grammy categories. Their potential nominations include

  • Golden: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Best Song Written for Visual Media, Best Music Video

If nominated, HUNTR/X would become only the second animated act ever to appear in the Record of the Year lineup, following The Chipmunks in 1959.

Previous K-Pop Grammy Nominations

BTS made history as the first K-pop act to receive a Grammy nomination, with “Dynamite” earning a nod for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance in 2021. They followed up with nominations for “Butter” in 2022 and “Yet to Come” and “My Universe” with Coldplay in 2023.

Meanwhile, the submission period for the 2026 Grammys was from July 16 to August 29, 2025. Artists and their teams submitted eligible recordings for consideration during this period.

The nominations will be announced on November 7, 2025, and the ceremony will take place on February 1, 2026. Fans worldwide are eagerly awaiting to see which K-pop acts will receive nominations and potentially take home awards.
