The upcoming tvN drama My Guilty Person (working title) is attracting attention ahead of its 2026 premiere. Starring Im Siwan and Seol In Ah, the series combines romance, comedy, and suspense in a single story.
Im Siwan plays Yoon Yi Joon, the heir to Taekang Group, one of Korea’s top conglomerates. Yi Joon has looks, talent, and intelligence, but his perfectionism and intense personality make him a difficult boss.
His life takes a sudden turn when he becomes the main suspect in a murder that happens within the company. After that, he withdraws from the public and lives in isolation after hiring a personal assistant.
Seol In Ah stars as Kang Jae Hee, a detective from a special forces unit. Skilled in martial arts and undercover work, she disguises herself as a man to become Yi Joon’s personal secretary. While hiding her identity, she investigates the murder case and navigates the challenges of working with a demanding and unpredictable boss.
The drama is adapted from the popular Kakao Page web novel and webtoon Why Don’t You Know He’s a She?, which already has a loyal following. The series is directed by Park Dan Hee (Weak Hero Class and Tastefully Yours) and written by Moon Soo Jeung.
Kim Jung Hyun joins the cast as Kim Si Hyun, a lawyer and long-time friend of Yi Joon. This marks a reunion for him and Seol In Ah, who previously worked together on the hit drama Mr. Queen.
While the exact premiere date, number of episodes, and broadcast schedule are yet to be announced, My Guilty Person is set for 2026.
