The 33rd Seoul Music Awards is breaking barriers and going global for the first time in 33 years. On November 3, it was announced that the 33rd Seoul Music Awards will take place on January 2, 2024, at the Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Rajamangala National Stadium in Thailand is the biggest performance venue in the country, with a capacity of around 50,000 people. Some of the biggest pop stars in the world, like Lady Gaga, One Direction, and Coldplay, have rocked that stage.
Several beloved K-pop stars, including BTS, BLACKPINK, and GOT7, have also wowed the crowd there. The stadium has also hosted major sports events like the Asian Games in 1998 and the AFC Champions League in 2002.
The 33rd Seoul Music Awards has a unique format where only one group receives the grand prize.
The 33rd Seoul Music Awards is all about capturing the “fan feelings” when it comes to selecting the winners. They’re making it super easy for fans to participate by holding mobile voting through the official Seoul Music Awards voting.
