Melo Movie is a youth romance drama that takes inspiration from movies. It tells the story of young people who find each other in uncertain circumstances, become a source of inspiration, and overcome their own personal struggles.
The pairing of Choi Wooshik and Park Bo Young in Melo Movie is definitely grabbing everyone’s attention. Choi Wooshik portrays the character of Go Gyeom, who goes on a journey from being a minor actor to becoming a critic.
Park Bo Young is bringing her passion to the character of Kim Moo Bi in Melo Movie. Moo Bi is a person who entered the industry because of her complex feelings towards her father and her curiosity about movies. When Go Gyeom suddenly enters Moo Bi’s life, it’s bound to bring about some major changes.
Lee Jun Young and Jeon Soni have also joined the cast of Melo Movie. Lee Jun Young plays the character of Hong Si-jun, who may pride himself on being a genius but is an unknown composer. Jeon So Ni takes on the role of Son Joo-ah, who is both Si-jun’s former lover and a screenwriter.
Speaking of the series, it’s directed by Producer Choong Hwan, who is known for his emotional craftsmanship in shows like Castaway Diva, Start-Up, and Hotel del Luna. With a talented director at the helm, Melo Movie will be a fantastic watch.
