ZEROBASEONE, a group making remarkable strides as a 5th generation icon, has once more proven their influence in Japan.

On March 20 (local time), Japan’s Oricon announced the latest rankings. K-pop group ZEROBASEONE sold 187,694 copies with its first Japanese debut album Yura Yura – Flower of Destiny and topped the Oricon chart.

This is the highest sales volume on the first day of any Japanese debut album by a K-pop act. ZEROBASEONE also ranked first in the Oricon daily single ranking on March 19.

Yura Yura – Flower of Destiny has a total of 3 tracks, featuring a title track of the same name and Japanese versions of In Bloom and CRUSH.

In addition to their remarkable album sales in Japan, the group is set to make appearances on several Japanese TV shows. They are scheduled to appear on TV Asahi’s Music Station on March 22, as well as TBS’ CDTV Live! Live! and other terrestrial broadcasting programs.

Lastly, ZEROBASEONE will host their first fan concert in Japan at K-Arena Yokohama on March 23 and 24, drawing attention to their growing momentum as they connect with fans in the region.
