Lay, a member of EXO, is getting ready to drop his solo album all around the world in mid-April while still keeping busy with his work in Korea.
On April 5, Lay’s team shared that he will be releasing the Korean version of his album alongside his global comeback in mid-April.
Lay aims to connect with fans who have been eagerly waiting through appearances at Korean music shows and participation in other activities.
He has sold over 10 million albums so far and made history as the first Chinese singer to reach the top 25 on the Billboard 200 chart with his US debut album Namanana. He held the top spot on the World Album Chart for two weeks in a row.
More recently, he formed a Chinese girl group through his personal label, Chromosome.
Lastly, Lay’s Korean activities will be managed by n.CH Entertainment, headed by producer Jung Chang Hwan, who has ties to SM Entertainment.
