An unlikely K-pop duo is set to take the music world by storm.
If rumors are true, aespa’s Karina has collaborated with G-Dragon for a song on his upcoming album and will star in the music video as well.
On February 13, Maeil Kyungjae exclusively reported that Karina will feature on a track from G-Dragon’s highly anticipated upcoming full-length album “Übermensch”.
As reported by the media outlet, the aespa leader makes a special appearance in the music video for a track from his 3rd studio album “Übermensch”, set to drop on February 25.
Thanks to her striking visuals, she has gained immense popularity in a short time. It is worth noting that this is not the first time she will appear in a music video of another artist’s song. Before her debut with aespa, she was featured in SHINee Taemin’s MV for the song “WANT”.
Karina is set to make a big impact with her feature on G-Dragon’s new song, teaming up with the K-pop icon who helped put the genre on the global map as a member of BIGBANG.
The 24-year-old singer had quite an impactful 2024 both as an aespa member and a solo artist. While the group achieved unprecedented success with “Supernova”, Karina’s solo song “Up” dominated the charts and achieved a real-time all-kill.
