ATEEZ’s Leader Hongjoong Shares Expectations for the Long-Awaited Full-Length Album and Future Plans

On December 1, a press conference was held to commemorate the release of ATEEZ’s upcoming album THE WORLD EP.FIN: WILL. All the members of ATEEZ attended the event and shared the process of working on the new album.

In particular, ATEEZ’s leader shared what he expects from this long-awaited full-length album, being released four years after the first one, TREASURE EP.FIN: All To Action (2019).

Hongjoong mentioned that the release of the regular album four years ago was a major milestone for ATEEZ. He expressed that while achieving good numbers is important for this album, he also desires recognition for the overall quality and organic flow of the songs throughout the entire album.

Hongjoong also highlighted that while he does consider achievements like Billboard rankings and other career milestones, he also has a strong ambition to leave a lasting impression with his musicality.

In response to future aspirations, Hongjoong mentioned that they are working on exciting ideas and plans for 2024, which makes him believe that the upcoming album will be one that raises expectations. He also expressed that this album serves as a clear demonstration of their dedication to the future.

When discussing his future plans, Hongjoong mentioned that while it is not possible to go into specifics, he is preparing something that matches the accomplishments ATEEZ has achieved thus far. 

Lastly, he expressed that he takes great pride in the ATINY fandom and believes that this album will serve as a catalyst for preparing many things that will make their fans proud.
