BabyMonster Drops Exclusive Teasers Featuring Ruka

On November 21 at midnight, YG Entertainment dropped an exciting visual film for its second Japanese member Ruka.

Ruka’s personal teaser is the latest release from BabyMonster, following Chiquita, Asa, Rora, and Pharita. 

In the captivating video and photos, Ruka exudes powerful charisma, flaunting her unique style with fiery red hair, edgy street fashion in black and red tones, and eye-catching silver accessories.

According to YG Entertainment, Ruka, hailing from Japan, has been a trainee for five years, making her the longest-trained member of BabyMonster. YG also highlighted Ruka’s natural talent, solid rap skills that align with YG’s hip-hop identity, and her ability to command the stage with ease.

YG Entertainment recently launched BabyMonster, a new girl group, seven years after the debut of world-renowned BLACKPINK. The group consists of six talented members: Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Haram, Rora, and Chiquita. Unfortunately, Ahyeon’s debut with the group was canceled due to health reasons, as stated by YG.

In other news, BabyMonster is set to release its debut song, ‘BATTER UP,’ on November 27. YG describes it as powerful hip-hop music that exudes confidence and ambition, marking the beginning of BabyMonster’s journey.
