BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and actor Rowoon surprised actress Kim Hye Yoon with heartfelt messages at a recent fanmeeting in Osaka, Japan.
On July 26, the Lovely Runner actress held a meeting, HYE-PPINESS, at Zepp Namba, Osaka.
Jisoo, who has worked with Kim Hye Yoon in her debut drama Snowdrop, sent a congratulatory video message. She asked fans to support her and wished her all the best, saying, “I always support the positive icon mammal princess, Kim HyeYoon and I hope everyone who came today will have many happy memories.”
Rowoon, who is known to be a close friend of hers along with Lee Jae Wook after working together in the 2019 drama, Extraordinary You. He sent her a sweet, long video message congratulating her on her 10 years in the industry and holding her second fanmeeting tour.
Rowoon shared, “As a colleague who has truly grown together with me, I’m so excited and happy and my heart is full. I think it’s cute that Hye Yoon is working so hard to prepare for the fanmeeting. You must’ve prepared this fanmeeting with great energy and enthusiasm, imagining how great a time your fans will have.”
Rowoon expressed his desire to be there for her in person, however, he compensated with a video message, “I have heard that you are holding fanmeetings in Asia following Korea, I couldn’t do it in person, so I wanted to give strength through video, so I filmed it.”
After wrapping up Lovely Runner in May, Kim Hye Yoon embarked on a fanmeeting tour, HYE-PPINESS. She has another fanmeeting scheduled in Tokyo on July 28 at Zepp Yokohama.
On the work front, she is in talks to join the cast of the upcoming drama, The Year We Turned 29.
