BLACKPINK’s Jisoo to Host Intimate ‘SOO IN LOVE’ Fan Meet-Ups on Valentine’s Day

Jisoo in a teaser for debut mini-album AMORTAGE [BLISOO]

This Valentine’s Day is particularly exciting for BLINK as Jisoo will release her long-awaited debut mini-album.

On top of that, the BLACKPINK vocalist will hold intimate meet-ups with a limited number of fans to share her experience of working on the new album.

On her official app, her agency BLISSOO updated her schedule for the coming days, which included two fan meet-ups titled “SOO IN LOVE” on Friday, February 14 at CGV Cheongdam Cine City in Seoul.

Jisoo will host two “SOO IN LOVE” fan meet-ups on Valentine’s Day, with sessions scheduled for 6:00 PM KST and 8:00 PM KST. The event is not intended for a huge crowd, instead, 144 lucky fans will get the opportunity to spend time with the “Flower” singer.

She is expected to respond to fans’ questions, share entertaining anecdotes from her acting experiences, and discuss the making of her debut mini-album.

Jisoo may perform her new songs from the upcoming album “AMORTAGE” during the meet-ups.

On the other hand, the mini-album will feature only 4 tracks, which has disappointed many fans. BLINKs had been eagerly waiting two years for Jisoo’s solo music, but were left underwhelmed when her debut release had fewer tracks than expected.

The tracklist, concept photos, and other promotional content are scheduled to be released in the coming days.

The acting projects that she worked hard on in 2024 are lined up for release one after the other. Starting with zombie comedy drama “Newtopia” on February 14, her debut movie “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint” will hit cinemas in July. She is currently filming her first-ever rom-com “Boyfriend on Demand”, expected to release later this year.

Meanwhile, Jisoo recently signed a deal with Warner Records to manage her solo music releases. Her first mini-album “AMORTAGE” will be released on the Valentine’s Day.
