Thousands of fans flocked to see K-pop sensation Lisa of BLACKPINK shine in Singapore, and she did not disappoint.
The 27-year-old rapper and dancer kicked off her first-ever solo fan meetup tour in Singapore on November 11.
She wowed Singaporean BLINKs and Lilies with performances of her hit singles and some heartfelt moments. Lisa hosted the event at Singapore Indoor Stadium, with a capacity to accommodate 12,000 attendees.
She kicked off the fan meetup with an energetic performance of her 2021 debut single “LALISA.” The BLACKPINK maknae then went on to perform “New Woman,” “Moonlit Floor,” “Money,” and wrapped up the fanmeeting with “ROCKSTAR.”
Besides stunning performances of her hit singles, she interacted with the audience through fun activities. Lisa gave away signed shirts, tried local delights, did the crab dance, and explained behind-the-scenes stories of her Instagram photos.
Moreover, Lisa also did not forget to give a spoiler about her upcoming full-length album, saying, “‘I am finishing up my first full album.”
In addition, she chose the top 5 best-dressed fans at the event and the contenders tried their best to impress her. The “Money” rapper also played a fun game “Lilies or Truth” where picking the black capsule meant performing an action.
Ahead of the fanmeeting, Lisa made a headlining appearance at MARQUEE Singapore on November 9. A playlist, curated by the K-pop star herself, was played at the event.
On another note, Lisa won two awards at MTV EMAs 2024 for “Best Collaboration” and “Biggest Fans.” She will head to her home country for her next stop, with a fanmeet scheduled in Bangkok on November 13.
The next stops include Jakarta, Indonesia on November 15, followed by Kaohsiung, Taiwan on November 17, and Hong Kong on November 19.
Following the release of three singles this year, she is set to drop a full album tour. Lastly, the first look of “The White Lotus” 3 featuring Lisa has been revealed.
