On January 31, SM Entertainment revealed that BoA will be taking on the role of producer for NCT Wish. With her extensive experience in the global K-pop scene, she’s set to guide and nurture the growth of the group’s members.

BoA, the incredible artist, is celebrating her 24th debut anniversary this year. She’s a true K-pop leader who paved the way for the Korean Wave across Asia, especially in Korea and Japan.

She even made an attempt to break into the North American market by releasing her first American full-length album in 2009. She became the first Korean singer to chart on Billboard’s prestigious Billboard 200 album chart.

The agency shared some exciting details about BoA’s involvement with NCT WISH. They mentioned that BoA has been actively participating in the creation process of the group and will provide her unique artistic direction for their activities in both Korea and Japan.

The agency also mentioned that they are overseeing the overall production of the album, including the music and performance for NCT WISH’s debut single WISH.

NCT WISH is set to make their debut at the prestigious Tokyo Dome in Japan on the 21st of February.
