After their long-awaited reunion, BTS is officially returning to the world stage in 2026. Following the completion of all seven members’ mandatory military service in June, the group announced their grand comeback with a new album and their largest world tour to date.

Before the tour, they will make a comeback after four years. BTS’s first step back will be the release of a new studio album. While an exact date is not yet set, members confirmed it will be in Spring 2026. A specific timeframe of March 2026 is widely reported. They will hit the road once the album is released worldwide.

BTS World Tour Schedule and Cities

As of December, BIGHIT MUSIC has not announced an official list of tour dates or cities. However, reports and rumors indicate that the BTS tour will kick off in late April or May 2026.

According to a detailed report from Bloomberg in October, BTS is planning a historic tour of approximately 65 concerts worldwide, with more than half of those shows—over 30—scheduled for North America alone. This is in line with the group’s statement that the upcoming tour will be their biggest ever.

A widely circulated rumor, discussed by major publications, includes a leaked list of potential 20 cities. Based on past tours and fan demand, concerts in Seoul, Tokyo, Los Angeles, and London are considered almost certain.

Reported Potential Tour Stops

  • Asia-Pacific: Seoul (South Korea), Tokyo, Osaka (Japan), Bangkok (Thailand), Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney (Australia), Manila (Philippines), Jakarta (Indonesia)
  • North America: Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Toronto (Canada), Mexico City (Mexico)
  • Europe: London (UK), Paris (France), Berlin (Germany)
  • South America: São Paulo (Brazil)

A particularly exciting rumor for millions of fans is the potential inclusion of Mumbai, India. This speculation stems from a leaked touring list and is fueled by Suga’s past mention that the group had planned a Mumbai show before the pandemic. This year, HYBE opened an office in India and plans to train local talent.

Ticket Price Estimates and Purchase Tips

With no tickets on sale, fans should be wary of any unofficial sellers. When sales begin, they will almost certainly be through official platforms like Ticketmaster and AXS.

Ticket Price Range Predictions (Based on Previous Tours & Trends)

  • Standard Tickets: Estimated $80 to $500+
  • VIP Packages (may include soundcheck, premium merch): Estimated $700 to $1,000+

These figures are predictions, and final prices will vary by city, venue, and seating section. To prepare, fans are advised to start saving early and to monitor official BTS and HYBE channels for presale registration announcements.

Analysts predict this tour could be a record-breaking financial success for the K-pop industry. Key forecasts include:

  • Total Revenue: Projected to generate between ₩1.3 to ₩1.4 trillion (over $1 billion) for HYBE from combined ticket and merchandise sales.
  • Ticket Prices: Industry experts predict average ticket prices may see a significant increase, potentially averaging around $220 in North America.

Until BIGHIT MUSIC makes an official announcement, all details remain speculative. Wait for announcements from BIGHIT (under HYBE) about the schedule and ticketing partners. As per reports, BTS world tour 2026 announcement is expected in January.
