BTS’ J-Hope, after taking some much-deserved rest, will return to the spotlight tomorrow!
The 30-year-old rapper and dancer was discharged from the military on October 17. He was welcomed by Jin, who arrived at the military base to celebrate his discharge.
As reported by Dispatch on October 21, J-Hope is set to show his support for the Kia Tigers by taking the mound as the ceremonial first pitcher at the 2024 Korean Series Game 2.
The “Neuron” rapper will visit the KIA Champions Field in Gwangju on October 22 to participate in the pre-game ceremony.
A BIGHIT MUSIC representative confirmed to Dispatch, “KBO will make an official announcement about the ceremonial first pitch at the Korean Series game on October 22.”
The highly anticipated matchup will pit the Kia Tigers against their rivals, the Samsung Lions. This special appearance marks his return to the public eye after completing his military service.
He is a Gwangju native who will be showing love for his hometown team, the Kia Tigers. He expressed his fondness and affection for the team in BTS’ “Ma City.”
J-Hope began his military service in April last year, enlisting in the 36th Infantry Division’s Baekho New Recruit Training Unit in Wonju, Gangwon Province. He diligently served as an instructor and has now completed his service, receiving an honorable discharge.
Jin, who was discharged on June 12, has been working tirelessly to deliver fun content and make up for the lost time. All eyes are now on J-Hope and his activities after his military discharge.
