BTS member Jin has finally completed his mandatory military service, and an emotional goodbye at his discharge ceremony marked the end of his time as a soldier.
Jin was surrounded by his comrades and fellow soldiers, visibly struggling to hold back tears as he said goodbye to the life he’s known for the past year and a half.
On June 12, the Astronaut singer formally concluded his military service at the 5th Division Recruit Training Center in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do, where he reported for discharge.
He couldn’t hold back his emotions as he bid farewell to his fellow soldiers, and they appeared equally emotional during the heartfelt moment.
On his military discharge day, his members except for SUGA showed up at the discharge ceremony to celebrate and congratulate their oldest member on completing his military service.
On another note, he is set to meet fans at the ‘2024 FESTA’ taking place at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa-gu, Seoul on June 13.
