BTS’ Jin is returning to the spotlight after being discharged from the military on June 12.
The 31-year-old singer is confirmed to appear as a guest on the MBC show Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island, marking his first appearance on an entertainment program since his military discharge.
On July 1, the production team of the show announced that he had already filmed the show in June, however, the broadcast date has not been decided yet.
Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island is a unique reality show that takes place on a remote, uninhabited island, where celebrities transform an abandoned house into a cozy, ‘0.5-star’ retreat.
This variety show is led by Ahn Jung Hwan, newscaster Kim Dae Ho, and singer Boom.
Following his military discharge on June 12, Jin is finally able to make his long-awaited return to the entertainment scene through his appearance on Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island.
On June 30, he gave fans an update about his recent activities saying that he’s recording and filming a lot of variety shows. In addition, he’s working on the plans he made in the military and is set to release new music after Jimin’s MUSE.
