Attention ARMY! The golden maknae, Jungkook of BTS, is set to grace the stage at the highly anticipated MTV EMAs 2023. It’s official, and the Jungkook stans couldn’t be more excited.
On October 17, the official website of MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) announced that Jungkook of BTS is included in the lineup of this year’s performers. The Seven singer will be making his debut appearance at the EMAs this year.
Jungkook is gearing up to showcase his prowess as a “global pop star” with an extraordinary stage that befits the grandeur of the award ceremony.
Previously, the MTV EMA 2023 nominations were revealed and the 3D singer was nominated in the three categories. His digital single Seven (feat. Latto) was nominated for the Best Song category.
In addition, the talented BTS vocalist was nominated for the Best K-pop and Biggest Fans. He has also made history for the most number of nominations for a Korean soloist.
Hosted by MTV Network Europe, the award show will be held in Paris on November 5. Jungkook will also release his solo album Golden on November 5 and may perform some songs from the latest album at MTV EMAs.
The debut album Golden has a total of 11 tracks, including Seven and 3D, with Standing Next to You as the title track.
