The fan song released by the BTS’ maknae on June 7 has made it onto the prestigious music chart, Billboard HOT 1OO.

On June 17, Billboard’s latest chart was unveiled and Jungkook’s digital single Never Let Go entered the HOT 100 at number 97.

As a solo artist, he’s now made it onto the Hot 100 chart seven times, the first Korean solo singer to do so. The 3D singer had six chart-topping hits as part of BTS.

In addition, here are the solo songs by Jungkook that debuted on the HOT 100

  • Seven (#1)
  • 3D (#5)
  • Standing Next To You (#5)
  • Left and Right (with Charlie Puth) (#22)
  • TOO MUCH (with The Kid LAROI and Central Cee) (#44)
  • Stay Alive (OST from 7FATES: CHAKHO) (#95)

Never Let Go entered the UK Official Singles Top 100 chart at number 60, according to the latest chart update covering June 14-20.

Not to mention, it topped iTunes in 100 countries and debuted with 34,788,004 streams in the first week on the Spotify counter. Never Let Go surpassed V’s FRI(END)S to earn the biggest first-week song debut on Spotify by a K-pop act.

Never Let Go is an English track with a house rhythm vibe. It features a blend of minimal synthesizers and upbeat instruments. Jungkook contributed to the song by writing and composing the lyrics.

On another note, Jungkook is currently fulfilling his mandatory military duties and is set to resume activities in the latter part of 2025
