The internet is on fire after new gym photos surfaced featuring BTS’ Jungkook and V alongside actor Song Kang. Fans are losing their minds over the trio’s unreal transformations. The photos, which appear to be from a private workout session, highlight the stars’ seriously sculpted physiques—proof that military training is paying off in the best way possible.
Jungkook and V, currently serving their mandatory military duties, look stronger than ever, flaunting toned arms and defined abs. These new photos have ARMYs questioning how they are getting even more ripped while enlisted.
While Jungkook has long been known as BTS’ most muscular member, V famously entered military service with slimmer proportions. Before enlisting, the “Love Me Again” vocalist promised to bulk up to 86 kg during his service. Judging by recent photos, it appears V has successfully achieved his weight gain goals.
On May 3, the Bodybuilder Choi Han Jin recently sent ARMYs into a frenzy after posting exclusive gym photos featuring BTS’ V (Kim Taehyung) and Jungkook (affectionately known as Taekook) alongside actor Song Kang. The trainer captioned the post with
I can’t believe the two young men from the videos my wife watches daily are right in front of me now haha;;
Their calm yet solid energy – you can feel their sincere focus in every aspect of their training attitude!! And on top of that, their strength is impressive too!!
Even during military service, you could tell how diligently they’ve been maintaining themselves without them saying a word – their bodies speak for themselves.

Meanwhile, HYBE and BIGHIT MUSIC are discussing post-military plans for the group and individual members. It is likely that BTS members will continue solo activities while preparing for the long-awaited group comeback, which may have been pushed to 2026.
