BTS to Make Their Full Comeback in March 2026, Says RM at ‘Love Your W’ Event

BTS leader RM has finally given fans the clearest hint yet about the group’s long-awaited comeback — and it looks like the wait may end by March 2026.

The update came unexpectedly during the W Korea “Love Your W” charity event in Seoul on October 15. There, RM, along with members V and J-Hope, made a surprise appearance and talked about their current projects and plans.

During a lighthearted on-site interview, RM revealed that the group is “still preparing for the album, filming the jacket and music video,” before adding with a smile, “Please look forward to it in March next year!” His comment instantly caught fans’ attention, as it narrowed down the timeline much more precisely than the previously teased “spring 2026.”

When j-hope jokingly asked if the BTS leader wanted to start dance practice on the spot. RM laughed and said he was already gearing up to train seriously — hinting that fans might see the results of that effort “by the end of March.” This casual remark sent ARMYs worldwide into a frenzy. Many took it as an unintentional confirmation that BTS’s long-awaited return will happen around that time.

This comeback will be BTS’s first full-group release since completing military service, with Suga being the last member discharged in June. The group confirmed in July that a new album and world tour are planned for 2026. This new comeback and world tour will be the beginning of a new chapter in their career.

RM has previously shared that all seven members have reunited in Los Angeles, where they are living and working together to create music. According to reports, the team has finalized their visual concepts and is preparing to film the main music video in the U.S. soon.

The comeback will also be their first studio album since BE in 2020. In a previous livestream, RM described this upcoming project as the start of “a new BTS after military service.”

If the group does make their return by March 2026, it will not only mark the end of a three-year hiatus but also kick off a major new era for BTS.
