On November 7 at midnight, BIGHIT MUSIC released the first teaser for V’s collaboration single “White Christmas” with Bing Crosby.

The image gives all the Christmas-y feels, and the teaser image features V’s beloved pet, Yeontan. Yeontan was also on the cover of his debut album “Layover” and a Pomeranian was also featured in the title song “Slow Dancing” since Yeontan could not travel to Spain due to health issues.

On the other hand, the Bing Crosby version of “White Christmas” was released in 1942. One of the best-selling singles at the time is being revived with V’s collaboration around 47 years after the death of Bing Crosby.

The “Love Me Again” singer has been releasing Christmas songs for the past 4 years including “Snow Flower” (feat. Peakboy), “Christmas Tree,” “It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas” (Cover), and now “White Christmas.”

He carries on Bing Crosby’s legacy of legendary holiday duets, celebrating 47 years since Crosby’s last cross-generational collaboration with David Bowie in 1977.

Their collaboration song “White Christmas” will hit music platforms on December 6 at 2 PM KST.

Meanwhile, V, who is currently serving in the military, is set to return to civilian life on June 10, 2025.
