The first teaser for the highly anticipated drama “Study Group” starring Hwang Minhyun and Han Ji Eun has finally dropped.
On December 12, TVING dropped the teaser poster and trailer for its 2025 drama “Study Group.”
Based on the hit webtoon by Shin Hyung Wook and Yoo Seung Yeon, “Study Group” is a comedy-action film about a high school student, Yoon Ga Min (Hwang Minhyun). Yoon is great at fighting but struggles with studying. He forms a study group at a troubled school to tackle the intense college entrance exam.
The trailer reveals Yoon Ga Min’s surprising transformation from a mild-mannered student to a fierce fighter. His innocent look and intense actions have caught everyone’s attention.
Director Lee Jang Hoon (‘Miracle: Letters to the President’, ‘Be With You Now’) teams up with rookie writers Eom Seon Ho and Oh Bo Hyun for a fresh take on the high school action-comedy genre. It features talented young artists including Hwang Minhyun, Han Ji Eun, Cha Woo Min, and more.
The new poster Yoon Ga Min attends Yuseong Technical High School, notorious for its chaos. Amidst flying notes and shattered pencils, his focused gaze invites students to “Study with me?”
The TVING original series “Study Group” is slated to premiere on TVING in January 2025.
