DAY6 has reached a career peak after a decade since their debut with a comeback album, Fourever.
As per the Hanteo Chart, the total sales of DAY6’s 8th mini album Fourever surpassed 100,000 copies by March 21.
This accomplishment means Day6 achieved the milestone of surpassing 100,000 copies in initial sales (within the first week of the album release) just four days after the album’s release on March 18.
DAY6 has broken their own record for highest album sales with Fourever. Their previous best was with ‘The Book of Us: Negentropy – Chaos Swallowed Up in Love’ in April 2021, selling approximately 73,600 copies. This achievement is especially commendable considering the three-year hiatus due to military service.
They are also making impressive strides on the music charts. The title track Welcome to the Show from the new album Fourever quickly claimed the top spot on the Bugs and Vibe charts upon release.
Moreover, on the Melon TOP 100 chart, it debuted at 30th place within an hour of release based on streaming numbers and later climbed to 17th place, indicating a positive upward trajectory.
Additionally, DAY6 is set to host a solo concert titled Welcome to the Show at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul, spanning three days from April 12-14.
