After nearly a year of making music together, the group’s existing members are parting ways. The fresh lineup is set to take the reins soon.

On August 18, eite’s agency, EVA KOREA announced the news in an official statement, stating, “First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to the many fans who cherished and supported eite during this time.

Since debuting as part of the EVA project, eite has been active for about a year with a lot of support, and we are now concluding season 1 of our activities with the current members.”

Regarding the contracts of the current members, the agency shared, “All current members will terminate their contracts in accordance with an agreement with the agency, and each member will pursue various individual activities.”

EVA KOREA further shared, “For Season 2, eite plans to maintain the color of the group that received much love from the fans.”

eite debuted under EVA ENTERTAINMENT KOREA as a seven-member group including Ari, Chaehyun, Sia, Reo, Rena, Yujin, and Yuisa. They entered the K-pop scene in November 2023 with the album INDEPENDENT WOMAN.
