MIDZYs are eagerly looking forward to ITZY’s comeback as a full group!
The group is dropping their 9th-mini album GOLD with the title track GOLD and Imaginary Friend, scheduled to release on October 15.
This comeback holds special significance as Lia is making her return after almost a year-long hiatus. She has participated in the album production and is set to resume group activities.
ITZY’s ‘GOLD Album Concept Trailer’, unveiled on September 29, grabbed attention not just for its album concept, but Lia’s suspected nose job.
In fact, Lia’s appearance has overshadowed the important promotional content release for their upcoming comeback.
Fans are leaving comments, saying, “All you can see is her nose,” “She was seriously pretty before, why did she do this”, and “She looks like Pinocchio.”
Many fans, on the other hand, have come to Lia’s defense, stating that she looks absolutely stunning and that if she did choose to get plastic surgery, it is entirely her decision.
The 24-year-old K-pop star went on hiatus last year due to extreme anxiety, she took time off to focus on her treatment and recovery.
In July 2024, she returned to celebrate MIDZY’s 8th anniversary, later, JYP Entertainment announced that she would resume activities with the group’s comeback in the 2nd half of the year.
Lastly, ITZY will make a full-group comeback with the release of GOLD on October 15.
