The K-pop sensations have revealed they are taking an extended break to prioritize their mental and physical health. The agency gives them time and space to rest, recharge, and refocus.

On December 10, BIGHIT MUSIC announced the news through an official statement, “Following their schedule at the 39th Golden Disc Awards on January 5 (KST), TOMORROW X TOGETHER will conclude their activities for 2024, and embark on a long-term break.”

The label announced that the group will be taking a break to recharge, with plans to return stronger and refreshed in 2025, “During this time, the members plan to spend quality moments with their families and take time to rest,” and “preparing to return to MOAs with an extraordinary 2025 ahead.”

In mid-November, BIGHIT MUSIC announced that TXT leader Soobin had suspended activities temporarily to rest. As a result, he will skip all the year-end appearances. Fans have been demanding the label to give the members rest as they have been working continuously since the beginning of the year.

2024 was a whirlwind of non-stop action for TXT including two comebacks, a Japanese release, a globe-spanning tour, and show-stopping performances at international festivals. Fans are praising the agency for allowing them a break after a year of continuous activities.
