On February 11, Pocket Doll Studio announced, “We are coordinating the official debut schedule in Japan with Columbia Records,” and “It is likely to be between May and July.”

The agency announced that FANTASY BOYS has something huge in the works for this summer. They further explained, “We took into consideration the times when we can meet the most local fans, such as Japan’s Golden Week and summer vacation season.”

FANTASY BOYS has already built a dedicated fanbase locally. They’ve been making waves by appearing on different broadcast programs, including Japanese fan concerts. Even before their official debut, the group participated in MBC-TV’s Fantasy Boys and it was even broadcast live on Japan’s ABEMA TV at the same time.

Pocket Doll Studio concluded by saying, “Thanks to the support and popularity of local Japanese fans, we have confirmed the official debut. We will expand our presence beyond Korea and around the world.”
