Fans were left mesmerized when TWICE’s Momo stepped out at the Tasaki Exhibition in Japan, adorned in a dazzling array of jewelry.
However, behind that glamor and sparkle lies a price tag that’ll make your eyes widen in surprise.
On April 25, the 27-year-old idol appeared at the ‘FLOATING SHELL’ exhibition celebrating the 70th anniversary of the prestigious Japanese brand TASAKI.
Recently, Momo was chosen as a brand partner to celebrate TASAKI’s 70th anniversary.
During the event, she donned a black off-shoulder outfit. The sleek all-black ensemble was paired with the exquisite silver-toned jewelry.
It shocked many when they found out that the combined worth of Momo’s accessories, such as necklaces, bracelets, and rings, exceeded 80 million yen (approximately 706 million won or $520,000).
Momo adorned three stunning TASAKI pieces, with the priciest being the Balance Palace necklace at 55 million yen (around 485 million won) including tax.
The Balance Palace bracelet is priced at 22 million yen (about 194 million won) including tax, while the Balance Plus Diamond Solo Paveling costs 4.169 million yen (approximately 36 million won) including tax.
During the on-site interview, Momo expressed her interest in trying her hand at making rice cakes during Golden Week, Japan’s series of public holidays from late April to early May.
