Kim Garam is finally moving forward and resuming her entertainment career.
The former LE SSERAFIM member parted ways with the group a few weeks after the official debut in May 2022. She went on hiatus after school bullying and violence allegations surfaced and then permanently left the group two months later in July 2022.
Kim Garam then graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School in February this year. After that, she enrolled in Konkuk University’s College of Art and Design as a media acting major.
Although she has stepped away from her K-pop idol career, she will continue to pursue opportunities in the entertainment industry.
On December 26, it was reported that Kim Garam had signed a contract with LTC Entertainment. The agency also launched her personal Instagram account and dropped profile photos.
LTC introduced her as an actor and then swiftly deleted the photos and her Instagram account without any explanation or statement.
It is expected that the agency will make an official announcement soon about the contract signing with Kim Garam.
While she only stayed with LE SSERAFIM for nearly 3 weeks, Kim garnered a dedicated fan base in a short time. Her fans have since been waiting for her activities in the spotlight, and it seems like she will be returning sooner than expected.
Previously, she impressed fans as a singer, and now Kim Garam will show her acting chops in Kdramas and movies.
