A promotional video produced by Dolphin Kidnapping Group will focus on APEC’s vision of global connection and innovation.
The APEC Preparatory Committee revealed the reason for appointing the “TOO BAD” rapper as the ambassador, stating
G-Dragon is a symbol of creativity and innovation, and is the optimal person to effectively convey the values of connectivity and sustainability that APEC strives for, both domestically and internationally. By appointing G-Dragon, who has global influence, we expect to further increase international attention to the APEC summit.
With 100 days to go, his appointment is expected to boost interest across age groups and highlight Korea’s strength in culture and entertainment technology.
On the work front, G-Dragon is performing in major cities around the world as part of his world tour, Übermensch, which began in March. Next, he will perform in Jakarta (July 25-26) and Hong Kong (August 8-10).
