G-Dragon’s Appearance on ‘You Quiz on the Block’
TenAsia reported on September 12 that G-Dragon is set to appear on tvN’s You Quiz on the Block, with his schedule being finalized. Following his announcement of a solo comeback after a 7-year hiatus, fans can look forward to him sharing insights into his time off, his current endeavors, and his upcoming release.
G-Dragon is set to appear on ‘You Quiz on the Block’, his first appearance on a long-running talk show in 12 years, thanks to his close friendship with MC Yoo Jae Suk. He last appeared on a talk show in 2012 on ‘Healing Camp, Aren’t You Happy’.
With his upcoming comeback, the Knock Out rapper is planning a full-scale return, including new music, performances, and entertainment program appearances.
G-Dragon Comeback in October
His agency, Galaxy Corporation, has denied rumors of a comeback in both September and October, confirming that no official return date has been set.
On September 12, the agency refuted reports of an October comeback, saying, “The comeback date is still under discussion.”
G-Dragon has successfully acquired the trademark rights to his stage names, including ‘G-Dragon’ and ‘GD’, from his former record label, YG Entertainment.
Previously, Park Myung Soo revealed on his radio show that the BIGBANG member will be making a comeback in the fall, however, Galaxy Corporation denied the reports.
After that, there were rumors that he rented the Gocheok Sky Dome to hold a concert in November. In response, the label stated that no venue has been finalized and booked yet.
On another note, G-Dragon reunited with BIGBANG members at Taeyang’s concert in Seoul.
