On February 28, Coupang Play revealed that tickets for “G-DRAGON 2025 World Tour Übermensch in Korea with Coupang Play” on February 26 and 27 were completely sold out.

Ticket sales took place on February 26 for fan club members and on February 27 for the general public. Notably, general sales sold out all available seats in just 16.5 minutes, selling out 64,000 seats. Tickets for the event sold out rapidly across multiple platforms. At 9 am on February 27, reservations on Coupang Play, Interpark Global, and Trip.com were completely booked. A staggering 240,000 fans flooded Coupang Play for general reservations.

Since the K-pop icon has begun solo activities after a prolonged hiatus, fans are eager to see him perform live. Since November last year, he has been performing at Awards shows, music festivals, and other events. He kicked off 2025 with a memorable performance at the French charity gala Le Gala des Pièces Jaunes. G-Dragon performed with bandmate Taeyang at the event.

The 36-year-old rapper is back with his first solo tour in eight years, and fans are hyped. Following his 2017 world tour, he is set to deliver an unforgettable performance featuring his latest tracks, including “HOME SWEET HOME”, “POWER”, and new songs from his third album like “TOO BAD”, “DRAMA”, and “GYRO-DROP”.

G-Dragon’s 2017 world tour was a huge success, with 36 shows drawing in a massive crowd. The tour attracted an impressive 650,000 fans, setting a record for the largest tour by a solo K-pop artist. Now, fans are looking forward to seeing if he will break his own record with his upcoming tour.

G-Dragon made a long-awaited comeback on February 25 with his third full-length album, “Übermensch“. This is his first full album in 11 years and 5 months, and he has clearly poured his heart and soul into it. Not only did he produce every track, but he was also heavily involved in the album’s overall concept.

To celebrate the album’s release, the BIGBANG leader took to the stage for the first time on Mnet’s “M Countdown” on February 27. He performed the title track “TOO BAD” featuring Anderson .Paak, as well as the album’s fourth track, “DRAMA”.

Meanwhile, G-Dragon is set to kick off his highly anticipated “Übermensch” in Korea, presented by Coupang Play, at Goyang Stadium on March 29-30.
