On February 11, OSEN exclusively reported that Jung Hae In and Ha Young have been offered the lead roles in the upcoming drama “This Shitty Love” (working title) and are reportedly on board after reviewing the offer.

In the romantic comedy “This Shitty Love”, Jung Hae In will star as a skilled boxer and second-in-command at an organization. On the other hand, Ha Young will play a prosecutor struggling to regain her memories due to amnesia.

The drama will be helmed by director Kim Jang Han, known for his work on SBS’s “My Demon”, with a script penned by writer Mo Ji Hye.

The upcoming drama sparks excitement, especially since it stars Jung Hae In, who had a phenomenal year with hits like “Love Next Door” and “Veteran 2”. Ha Young, fresh from her impressive role in Netflix’s “The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call”, is also set to shine.

This is her first lead role since “The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call”, and fans are eagerly anticipating her performance. The 31-year-old actress is known for her supporting roles in “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”, “Doona!”, “Face Me”, and more.

On the other hand, Jung Hae In has given standout performances in “Something In The Rain”, “D.P.”, “Snowdrop”, “Connect”, and more.

Meanwhile, “This Shirty Love” is being produced by Studio S, with plans for global distribution via OTT platforms currently underway.
