Han So Hee has purchased a 5.2 billion KRW penthouse in Seoul’s exclusive Achiul neighborhood, where she already owns a villa.
The 29-year-old actress first bought a villa apartment in December 2021, valued at 1.95 billion won KRW (equivalent to $1.6 million).

On October 20, Herald POP reported that Han So Hee acquired a luxurious penthouse in Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do’s exclusive Achiul Village for 5.24 billion won.
The new penthouse, located just a 5-minute walk away, is a 203㎡ duplex unit in the prestigious ‘Arcadia Signature’ complex in Achon-dong.
According to the court registry, the luxurious penthouse was acquired on August 21.
After paying off the balance on September 30, it has been revealed that Han So Hee secured a mortgage of up to 1.1 billion won from a commercial bank. Insiders estimate that she borrowed around 1 billion won to fund the 5.24 billion won purchase.
The “Gyeongseong Creature” actress has announced the news of moving to a new residence through her personal vlog.
Located in Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do, Arcadia Signature is an exclusive luxury villa complex completed in May 2023. The complex consists of 4 stories above ground and 2 stories underground, accommodating 8 households. The selling prices range from late 4 billion won to mid 5 billion won.
