On August 7, JTBC released stills from Family By Choice of Hwang In Yeop, Jung Chaeyeon, and Bae Hyun Sung.
Family By Choice concluded filming in June and post-production began on July 14.
Based on the Chinese drama Go Ahead, Family by Choice revolves around three childhood friends who considered themselves family despite not being related by blood, reuniting after a decade apart.
Hwang In Yeop stars as Kim San Ha, a charming and successful man who seems to have it all together. However, his life takes a turn when he reunites with his former “siblings” Yoon Joo Won (Jung Chaeyeon) and Kang Hae Joon (Bae Hyun Sung), with whom he shared a deep bond during their teenage years.
It is directed by the Twenty-Five Twenty-One director Kim Seung Ho and written by Hong Si Young. Besides the leading cast, the drama also stars Seo Ji Hye, Choi Won Young, Choi Moo Sung, and more.
The new romance drama Family By Choice is expected to premiere in September, with 16 episodes to enjoy.
