Shortly after, rumors started to swell that Chaewon is also allegedly involved in the drug scandel. On October 26, LE SSERAFIM’s agency, Source Music, addressed the rumors surrounding Kim Chae-won and the alleged drug scandal.
They stated, “The rumors about Kim Chae-won are completely false. She is currently recovering from the influenza and will resume her schedule on November 1.”
Earlier today, rumors were flying around about a drug scandal involving top stars in the entertainment industry. There was even a post claiming that Kim Chae-won, a member of a popular girl group, was involved. It caused quite a shock among FEARNOTs and the public.
However, it turns out that Kim Chae-won has actually been on a temporary hiatus due to her treatment for type A flu. The entertainment industry’s drug scandal has been escalating with investigations into actor Lee Sun-kyun and singer G-Dragon. Amidst all this, there were doubts about the authenticity of the rumors surrounding Kim Chae-won.
Source Music, her agency, recently made an announcement on the fan platform Weverse. They stated that Kim Chae-won will be able to attend her schedules starting next week, and she will officially resume her activities on November 1.
They also dismissed the rumors and assured fans that Kim Chae-won is not involved in any drug scandal.
