ITZY, the popular K-pop girl group, is set to lend their powerful voices to the soundtrack of the highly anticipated drama Strong Girl Nam-Soon. The OST, titled “Superpower,” is expected to perfectly capture the empowering and uplifting themes of the series.
ITZY’s participation in the OST adds another layer of excitement to the drama. The OST is scheduled to be released one day after the premiere of Strong Girl Nam-Soon, creating even more anticipation for both the drama and ITZY’s new music.
Strong Girl Nam-Soon is a spin-off to the hit series Strong Girl Bong-Soon aired in 2017. It follows the story of a young girl named Gang Nam Soon who inherited superhuman strength from her mother, Hwang Geum Joo, and grandmother, Kim Hae Sook. Interestingly, the stars of the original series Strong Girl Bong-Soon, Park Hyungsik, and Park Boyoung, also have a special cameo in the drama.
The first episode of Strong Girl Nam-Soon is scheduled to premiere on JTBC and Netflix on October 7. The OST, Superpower, will be released on Sunday, October, 8.
