IVE’s Liz Becomes Special MC for Web Variety Show ‘Workdol’, Filling in NMIXX’s Haewon

Liz from IVE

IVE’s Liz is gearing up to take another role following the release of the group’s comeback EP, IVE SWITCH.

On April 23, it was revealed that Liz is set to make an appearance on the web entertainment show Workdol. The show will air on YouTube Studio Lululala, starting May 9.

Workdol is a cool spin-off of the web entertainment show Workman, which got lots of love from fans thanks to freelance announcer Jang Sung Kyu sharing his colorful work adventures.

This channel has reached a whopping 4.02 million subscribers and was created back in July 2019.

Previously, Shuhua from (G)I-DLE was the first MC for Workdol. Right now, Haewon, the NMIXX group leader, is the second MC, but because of Haewon’s busy schedule, Liz has stepped in as the new special MC.

Liz, the main vocalist in her group, is famous for her laid-back personality, which contrasts with her doll-like appearance. Given the Workdol context, they often interact in unfamiliar environments, utilizing their physical presence. Liz’s distinctive positive energy is likely to create a fantastic synergy in this setting.

Lastly, Workdol drops every Thursday at 7 PM. As per reports, she has already finished filming the episode, scheduled to broadcast on May 9.
